sleepy: You can try chiropractic. I tried once and after just one short session, I felt my posture improved and breathing was easier! It was that good but I did not want to commit (DD was just born that time and the place Bishan's CPF building was not that convenient for me.)

I did chiro before. It is a series of adjustments. Not cheap. Each session only like 15 mins. But after that I do feel more relaxed.

ya each session like 60+ to 150+ depending on where you go.

I read Jennifer's chiro experience and quite tempted to go for it.. but the cost is definitely a factor. But considering if it offers positive long(er) term solutions, may be good to nip the back problem in the bud or in this case in the back.

There was another doctor, very handsome one, I vaguely remember the name is Bruce - Bruce Lee

Both of them are very friendly n approachable.
