I just confiscated a novel. DH bought it for DS
your dh wanted to add extra revision time only for reading?
my dd came back with 72/95 for el paper 2. dunno what went wrong. now, being upset with those marks, trying to make amends with more assessment. i've got more marking coming my way.

Extra revision time is not happening. There is only 24 hours a day. We are sacrificing other revision time for DH's pet subject.ngl2010:

I do not know either. It is not a fixed number for every child.
If a child is consistently getting > 80, then suddenly gets 60. This is a concern to me. -

Is it more difficult than usual? How about his classmates?PiggyLalala:

Depending on aim is A or A*. DD's tuition teacher said min 85 but must aim higher for his target for them. 80+ is achievable but 90+ is so difficult
DD's friend in Tuition, RGS GEP told her she aims for 90+, DD felt a bit pressurised but in a way motivated by her determination to want to break her own record οΌin 80+ range).
