Holidays after PSLE

I am planning to bring my child for a short trip to genting on the children day long weekend!
Wow.. Your kid will be looking forwards to it. Take the opportunity to take a break after all the hard work. Have fun! :rahrah:mummy so kiasu:
Do you take your child out right away after PSLE even thou is not official holiday yet. Are we allowed to to do?
I think it is OK to absent for a few days to travel since the there will be no lesson. The kids might not want to be out right away as they would like to spend some time with their primary school friends before going to a new secondary school. -

Tapping on this
And when are the pockets of time to avoid?
So far only know
~24Nov == results out
~early Dec == need to submit form
~ 22Dec == go sec Sch for registration.
All above can authorize someone else to help right??
I thought results will be out on 22/11, because it is usually on a Thursday and we are given a week to opt for our desired school. So I am planning to go away for a short holiday to Taiwan on the last week of November. -

Do you think it is highly likely that psle results will be out on 22 nov?
Thanks! -
We are taking a short break right after PSLE. Note that the day after HCL paper (3rd Oct) is Children day celebration and 4th Oct is a school holiday. dd1 commented that she must celebrate her last children day… so in the end, we decided to travel on thursday afternoon and back by sunday. Just going to BKK for simple dining and shopping fun…
Can only afford a short break due to too many clashes towards Nov and Dec period… it’s tough to plan… But hopefully we can plan US (west coast) next year after ds’s PSLE. -
