She says her maid always go for checkup on her own and usually will come back with receipt but this time don’t know why no receipt but maid says she forgotten to take receipt. After a call to clinic realise maid didn’t go. employer felt uneasy and starts to question maid. She finally admitted and will be going home soon. How she got herself into this mess? I didn’t bother to ask. I have enough of my maid problem to handle, don’t want to know more.

Why this maids all so stupid ? came here to kick their ricebowls, MOM already made things difficult for employers. I hope 1 day will come when all angry employers will write a petition to MOM and get MOM to wake up & listen to us.

So maid get pregnant also our problem, we need to pay airfare ? :scared: you can just let her take the flight no need to inform Air Asia. but yes if you inform MOM, I dont think she will be allowed to come back to work. Hence its up to you what option you choose when you do cancellation of work permit.

MOM already knew of our problems. They just keep quiet as not to make it as if they have implement a wrong decision for us. Thanks to the weekly off days, more maid will get pregnant. My Indon maid got pregnant by a Bangla worker who she said was very handsome. My friend maid was also found pregnant recently after a few days I told her about my pregnant maid.

Sad to say we are all at the mercy of the maid and MOM.
Send her back to the agent asap.

The agent will not be so foolish as to get involved.
The agent has no responsibility to you any more.
Even if this is within the replacement period, you will not be entitled to a replacement maid in this case.
It is the maid's and your problem.

Listen to POA. You have to send her back immed. Otherwise prepare to pay a fine and bar from hiring maid.
Huh!!! Why bar. Not the employer fault.

Yes, it is employer's fault.
Maid getting pregnant is not employer's fault.
But keeping the pregnant maid here is.
Once you know that she is preggie, you have to send her home.
Anyway, when she goes for her regular medical check, MOM will be informed of her pregnancy. If employer still won't send her home... be prepared to lose the $5,000., and don't know what other consequences.
