I mean this as an optimistic statement
In terms of energy and health - how you feel today is better than how you will feel even a few years later. That is what you have now is the best of you.

The message is not about how it is going to go downhill from here. It is a reminder to cherish what you have now. it is about how to make it last far longer. It is about taking charge of what you have and make it work for you.

Today 2 strands of grey may be my worry, but tomorrow any hair on my head will be welcome. And later if hair is the only health issue I have, then I am blessed.

:goodpost: I shall appreciate what my body can do now. Previously I didn't think like that. Thank you Sun_2010.

Hey bro, sleeping is not a waste of time. Too bad you cannot get pregnant. Sleep/nap is an absolute necessity especially when preggie. Sleep is required to recharge the body. Without sleep, how to sustain long term?

                      Sun_2010,
I totally agree with you especially the highlighted statement.
