Hi all, how’s your children’s first lesson at Kinderart? My son’s class did a decoration of the black journal book. He told me he prefers this class over his previous private art class. Just that the parking in Nafa is expensive as it goes by $1.07 per hour or part thereof. So I paid like $4 plus last weekend.

My gal also said that she like the NAFA art school cos the tr is a lady. Also the tables are bigger hence more space to do her work.

I like the fact that they have 2 trs in the room. Can reach out to more students. The only thing that i can complain so far is the dist from my place in sengkang.

I receive a notice that there are some presentations at various timing this weekend. Not sure if they are open to parents of kids who are in second year program or more generally (as I don’t think I received that last year). Please call NAFA if you are interested to find out more. It’s just a half-hour presentation, meant for them to tell us more about their course, etc.

            Hi doreamon,

So which day/timeslot is your child in? Mine is at Sunday 11am. Have you figure out where is the cheapest nearby place to park on weekend?

              Hi ksmummy,

my son is on sun, 11am time slot too. hubby fetches us there, wait for me while i send son then we go other places to have breakfast then come back to fetch him when time’s up so we park where we go for breakfast.

jslow, it’s good to have 2 teachers though i still have the nos of children in class which is 18 in my son’s class too big.

anyway, think we should be in nafa for quite long term!!

anyone knows anything about the creative dance class for 4 yr olds? thinking of signing my daughter in future for it…

My child’s with the east coast branch and I’m wondering, are the teachings the same as those under the Bencoolen branch? They should be using the same school of teaching rite?

hey, that’s good, u cld just share what’s been taught, then we could compare to see if they’re e same. If yr child’s from the same branch, then there wouldn’t be anything to compare to liao.

I’m not sure what’s been taught but I noted from 2nd lesson(1st day, no lesson, they were only asked to draw on their sketch books), they started the lesson by telling the children a story. The 3rd, they were taught on the different types of ‘lines’… Hope I’m not wrong, heee

Hi Mum05, just to share my girl is at Bencoolen branch. Yes, the first two lessons are the same. Last week, she was given to draw flowers to decorate the tiger (those that you hang on the wall for the CNY. Sorry if my description is not very good )
