        The one that half surprised me was the peanut butter!

        Good to know its okay / good for kids, coz my son likes it.

        Whew. Another struggle less....

          yeah, the peanut butter did surprised me too. 😄


          however, i realised that this list will not work for kids who are allergic to eggs or peanuts. parents will have to work much harder to fulfil the essential nutrition.

            My children already eating 9 out of 10 (peanut butter not an item), but still so skinny.


            Absorption is a BIG issue here 😂

              i think one is skinny or not is genetically predisposed. healthy but skinny is totally possible. ideal situation. 😂

                Heng ah, as picky as DS is with his food, he seems to be eating the correct type of food.


                Broccoli is among the few veg that he eats, he likes pumpkin and he is ok with carrots. As for fruits, he loves berries and plums.

                  I bought Adam’s peanut butter which is more healthy.

                  Unfortunately my child prefers the Skippy brand.
