There is currently a surge of posts by students on HCI confessions page complaining about the school system. I wonder if it is reflective of a small group or bigger, there are so many messages.

HCI is trying to retain the status of yesteryear. Sadly, too late, as top PSLE student are going to RI and NUSH. Relentless pursuits of academic status will have serious repercussion.
This episode reflects that HCI does have not so good student or lousy teaching methodology.
As for SIP it will do you good to aim for a good O level and move on to poly. -
What is SIP?

Structured IP more likely a O level preparation class.
