BC or BCE?

Something new every day indeed...but historically speaking, 1 BC isn't 2 years before 1 AD either...isn't there a 30+ years in between? :?

A.D doesn't mean \"After Death\" LOL

it means \"Anno Domino\"....\"In the Year of Our Lord\".

U are confused because u keep thinking it means \"After Death\", so u count from Jesus' death.

That's my understanding too. And I knew it was Domini, cos I'm not a fan of Domino's,
