1) Christianity is not a race, its a belief/religion, Is never exclusive or inclusive.
2) There is never an issue or good/better/best or bad/worse/worst
3) even with the change of definition, the fact does not change. -
This is a tricky issue. More to do with history than anything else.

Must do more research coz I couldn't find an explanation to this although I saw the reference of the dates against a Roman calendar in one of the weblinks. -
