Hi
Would like to get feedback from parents who have worked as After-school care volunteers. How is it like? What are your duties and how do you discipline the kids?
Please PM me if possible.
Many many thanks in advance. -

Not sure if I would have enough time, try to keep bugging on them.

you bug them too much, later the principal decide you strike you off the PV list just as in the MediaCorp's show \"The Pupil\" :rotflmao:

hi oneheart,
did you find out from other parents about the school’s pv work? I heard there are some that accept but don’t give enough work; and there are others who select and try hard to give their pvs enough work to clock the time.
If you garang, go speak with the teacher/parent in charge. I started mine 2 years back. Have clocked enough liao, in fact the teacher in charge ever include in email to ask parents who finish clocking, not to sign up so as to give others a chance. -
luckily the school I PVed had fixed PV scheme and schedule. Thus meeting the 40hrs is not a concern, no need to bug them.
Perhaps you could check the school’s event calendar and try to create PV opportunity for yourself and suggest to the school for their consideration.
