if u wan to get back ur start button, 8.1 has it. πŸ˜‰

Thanks. So, does Microsoft have a scheme for Win8 users to upgrade to 8.1?

It is said that 8.1 will be a free upgrade for all win8. Somewhat similar to service packs of prior win8 time.

it should have. they allow win 7 to win8 for a few dollars. so i think they should have it. either free or paid.

Yes, was told that it will be a free upgrade for win8.1. I will not download it as I am afraid of some issues popping up. Shall wait for the release of the full version.

it is only a beta, opened for public preview. Not an official release.

In another word, MS is saying \"expect bugs and don't complain if you install this version\"

Haha, yes, have to expect some bugs. That's why I wouldnt want to try to install it now.
