May I know the benefit of (non-geppers) going to META? This group of kids are HA students, I would presume? Besides this group of kids who are selected for META, is there another group of HA that is not selected for META?

I think some parents mentioned that top2-5% kids (out of GEP screening) will be offered META... -
I’m interested to know what do these kids gain from joining META? If these kids choose not to join META, would they still be considered HA students? I know META students have to change classes to accomodate the geppers. I thought geppers wuold benefit more for such mingling!

Only selected pupils from the 2-5% will be offered META as there are only 2 classes (about 80 students).
META & GEP will be re-shuffled to come up with 6 classes called home classes. When time comes for HCL, SS, etc, all the 180 kids will change around to their home classes (called Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Care, Integrity, Harmony) for those lessons. If kid is lucky, the home class may be the same expert classroom (I, J, K, L, M, N) & he won't need to move. In their home classes, they get to do activities all together. Some of the activities are not available to the mainstream kids. imo the 'friendly competition' in the home classes does help the kids, GEP and META. They are a happy bunch (this year's P5).
Not sure if kid will be considered for HA if choose not to join META. -
