:yikes: I was shocked when I read this article. This is ridiculous. Click on the link to see the photo. The cover page for the \"exam papers\" are exactly like those primary school papers, with the kindy names listed.

i know of a church kindy that has similar stuffs/standard. Weekly K1 - K2 kids must hv spelling and tingxie. They were made to do many assessment book-like worksheets, incl creative writing enrichment. Not sure if there’s a final year exam like this!

Who recognises these exam papers, tell us the name of the kindy!

My boy never have tingxie nor spelling, no homework no exam, when he was in K1 & K2. The childcare centre only taught them mathematics 1-20, not more than that. Now in Primary school, he can still score 80-90++ without tutions… Learning should be FUN!

Free market. If there is no demand, there will not be supply. Personal decision of parents if they want to accelerate their kids. I know of kids who mastered the 4 rules of Mathematics up to about 100 by the time they start p1 and their childhood did not seem stressful.

Although the cover page title is \"exam papers\" but i believe they are daily worksheets. Some kindys let the kids do alot of worksheets.
