Hi P1 Mommies - May I check if you all have the health booklet which we are suppose to bring on Day 1? I don't seem to have it.

I have one booklet from HPB which we paid $10 to get it from one of the servicing counters during the Orientation Day. But that is just an info booklet.

Existing PH Mommies - can advise if the health booklet will be issued on day 1 of school?

Health booklet should be the one that contains all your child's immunizations info since birth. You have to provide the school with this as your child will have a jab in school in P1.

I thought we had earlier provided the printout of all the immunization since birth - during registration. So we have to submit that health booklet to school for safekeeping?

I went to the school this morning to exchange the uniform size and managed to ask one of the staff in office, she said health booklet and handbook will be given to students during the 1st week wor...

Anyway, let's see how it goes.

Anyway, let's see how it goes.[/quote]The submission of the health booklet is because the child has to take a jab in school and they have to update it. The school will give some health info brochures if I remember correctly. These were from my experience last year. Maybe other parents can provide more info if there is a change to this.

Scary is right. The health booklet to be brought to school on the 1st day refers to the booklet issued by hospital that the child is born in & that contains all immunization records administered to date.

Just a note: do not lose the health booklet issued at the birth of the child. It is still required at sec sch lvl each year.

Just an update…my school bus uncle finally called yesterday afternoon:)

Btw any1 knows how is the traffic condition in the mornings, near bt timah hill, behind beauty world?
What about toh tuck, at back gate?
Comtemplating whether should send in the morning and take 1-way bus instead?:(

We used to send our ds to the back gate every morning, from Toh Tuck rd to Toh Yi, Blk 6 roundabout. We reach around 7.05am and even though the traffic builds up, most cars will abide with the unwritten rule and only let the kids alight at Blk 6 (sheltered all the way to PH compound). It's a smooth and orderly path. So the traffic moves and is manageable.

I think the pupils were instructed not to alight at any other point so as to reduce congestion. My son told me so.
