Best part is, school is not willing to be responsible, and the police never wants to come. I try to time my coming and going, so I don't have to get caught.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You have my sympathy
Please buy a wheel clamp and do the necessary when it becomes to hard to bear with it
I face the same thing .... different road though
I really sympathise with u too, really I do!... imagine having to plan your coming and going...Oh dear
Any way Im glad to say Im one of the considerate drivers, I dnt pick my daughter everyday but only when she stays back for cca, I normally pick her late when traffic at hillcrest has eased and all the kiasu parents have driven off, they wanna rush their kids home as early as possible so theres enough time for rest and extra classes. Ive always wondered how its going to be like when Hillcrest villa is fully occuppied, imagine paying so much and being greeted at the entrance with a massive jam..
I guess you are right when you said the school is not responsible and the police dnt turn up. One resident wrote to the ST forum 2 yrs ago, the school photocopied the letter accompanied by their own circular to parents. Dont think that helpd much too..so I guess thats why the traffic is beyond the schools control. They did do their part in sending out circulars though.. Guess the school will be sending out one soon especially with the the change in school timing.
Mondays and Wednesday school time extended to 1.30 pm..CCA days are now on Tuesday and Thursdays, starts at 2.30 and ends at 4.30. My daughter has H/C on friday and ends 2.30pm...Not too sure whether they have H/C on Mondays, last year it was spread over two days. Wednesday afternoons should be better cos theres no CCA and extra classes. Hope this little info help. anyway, I agree you should standby a wheel clamp  -

Thanks for the update. I've realized the traffic is heavier at 4.30 on certain days. There was something going on yesterday afternoon as well. Well, I guess I should try for a daughter since I've to put up with the inconveniences, may as well make use of it. Ha!
