I stopped buying tuna in brine long ago because of the salt content. Now buy the one in water.
I used to throw the brine away, and even rinse the salt off the tuna. -

I saw from the tv, there are canned abalones from Taiwan, China, besides the usual Mexico, Australia and NZ.

I've some frozen from Australia - not bad. -

u need to stew frozen ones for many hours…for canned ones, u can use their leftover "juice" and whip up a starchy gravy yourself?

thats the thing i never did it myself lol k now i know will try thanks for the tip as my family just use it for steamboat n it taste abit funny lol.
