Actually, Victoria School is also not inside though it produces 2 presidents ( one famous, and the other infamous for alcoholism).
If you read the article, it did acknowledge that CHS was the alumni of LHL and listed many cabinet ministers that was and are from CHS.
I supposed they could only list the top 10 most prestigious , according to their researchFanFanX:
