Can please advise me if is it possible to join Diocease of singapore and be a member endorsed by the church? So that i can be in phrase2b for 2015 primary one intake? Do i parent have to be baptised? Or i’m too late for it?

Errr, as far as I know, they will ask you to tick some boxes with things like regular attendance for the last two years, baptised one parent or both, child baptised, serving in which ministry, join cell group, etc. … its not just about getting your name on a membership roll, it’s about having been an active and serving member with some kind d of a track record. If you haven’t already been attending a church as an active member, I don’t think any vicar of the churches will endorse your application. That’s the impression that I have. Think you are better off trying as a parent volunteer. Same phase anyway.

My girl has just been offered a vacancy…
But I am in a dilemma, as I called up the bus company but was told that their buses to Hillview area are all full…

We can send her in the morning, but coming home is a problem!!

thus hope to get some advice from parents here…
especially on what is good and not so good abt this school,
in terms of academic, discipline, teachers,CCA and learning environment etc.
in order for us to decide whether we should go ahead with the transfer, even without school bus for time being.
