I had a very pleasant surprise today when I opened my letter box. I received a heartwarming thank you card hand written by DS thanking parents for our 养育之恩 :please: DH and I were totally melted when we saw the card. The seniors made all year 1s sent their parents a thank you card. Thumbs up for. RV :rahrah: I'm glad that we are part of the big RV family now :boogie:

Yup, I recalled when dd was in Year 1.
This is one of the traditions RVs is keeping.

I just want to add that this is a 100% students production. It is not a corporate video that are many schools have engaged professional companies to produce.

Yes, the traditions of year 1s sending letters back home while they are in the orientation camp. Glad this is still maintain.


Yes, the clip, including the song are 100% students production. The swing in the video, was a gift from last year year 6s to the school. I heard because in the Malan campus, there used to have a swing. The year 6s wanted to bring the Malan campus memory to Boon Lay campus.

Hi, can any senior kindly advise usually what time will the students be dismissed on cny eve? Do they report back to school on tue, 4th feb or mon, 3rd feb. Many tks and Happy cny to all :thankyou:

3rd-Feb is a school holiday for all Singapore schools.

If I remembered correctly, the students were dismissed before 12noon on last year CNY eve.
