but the food stalls in the wet market next to HC. -

Tian Tian usually no queue in the evening dinner hours.
The latest I went was 3pm plus. Personally, I try to avoid eating chicken rice at night because i came across an article that mentioned the chicken has been hung there for one whole day and contains the most bacteria.
