Not Augmum, but jumping in to answer. For MTL, if you add it in to your UAS, they will rebase it back to 90 UAS. Only if your UAS with MTL is higher than your UAS without MTL, will it be used. The computer will calculate it for you. It will ONLY be computed if it raises the applicant's UAS...otherwise, not included in the computation...
U juz need to meet the min requirement for MTL for uni entry.... -

This is what my dd told me too.
She will be taking her PW paper this year so her results will be out with next year's A level results. -

zeemimi, good idea.
Anyway if he's taking Chinese at SL he won't need much tuition. Benefits are probably more if you pampered yourself.

I would like to know if JCs have recommended textbooks for H2 Geog and H1 Maths? Any recommended reference books for GP and H2 Lit? Can you give me the details? Thanks!
Is it the practice of JC students to mostly rely on notes and practice questions from teachers (especially for Maths and Lit)? It seems rather shallow not to study from a textbook. I know teachers will not have the time to teach from a textbook, but are students required to read at least one in each subject?
