fussyMummy:
Heard that the best sleeping hours is between 10pm to 2am (for beauty purpose)... so die die must sleep around that particular hours .
No wonder I always look at least 2 to 5 yrs older than my actual age since age 15.
I hardly ever goes to sleep b4 12am, unless I down with illness or under pain meds.
Me another nite owl of sorts I guess. With kids taking up all my time in the evening till them finally falling asleep at 11pm, I will catch up on my work or reading only after that. So by the time I go to bed it's 2am.
Think should join this club too. Kids off by 11pm, I then can go back to read or work until 2 am (my maximum time). Don't usually log into KSP unless no work to be done. -
Wow 2am. What time do you get up?
-
err…5.30am. I don’t do it often. Depending on the circumstances. If it’s really bad and stretch into a week, I’ll take a nap in the evening for about an hour.
Shortly need to work again. Clear off urgent stuff. Should be done by sigghhhh 2am. -
insufficient sleep is the root cause of a lot of health issue.
do be careful -
My usual owlette schedule wud be 3:30am to 4:30am daily.
On extreme owlette boost, schedule wud be 5:45am wake
DD1 up to get ready for school and i will sleep after i get
back again... make coffee for hubs around 6:45am...
wake him up to go to work...
The next time i \"hafta\" wake up wud be when DD2 has
to go to school, eat lunch and go thru' some work..
Hmmm.. Yes, that wud mean i did not sleep the
entire night.

Goosh... I met a cousin yesterday at my aunt's place... Not really close but have seen before when we were kids. Anyway he is in his late 40s, and been staying in KL for the past 10 yrs, and me... ahem... 10 yrs younger than him... but he looks like he is in his mid 30s only.
Dun think its his genes cos I saw his other siblings before... but he attributes it to drinking plenty of water and having ample sleep... My usual sleeping time is 1am-ish and sleep for not more than 6 hrs :snooze: -

do be careful
I know. 3 hours of sleep daily is way too little. I have a recent heart scare issue. DH wants me to find new job but there's always the pros and the cons if I change my job. Another head count coming my way again. Hopefully, things will be better.

Is there a Club Early Bird?
I wake up slightly before 6am daily. -
I am not sure whether I belong to this group. I used to sleep late ( for a student, that is) but a few days ago a started yawning... a lot. I probably yawn fifteen times a day. Maybe I have the \" attack of sleepiness \". :?
