Is senja cashew CC at Bukit panjang Ok for you?
Not sure about quality of teaching, but from PA website, they starting an elementary class soon. You can check it out if keen. -
There are some roller blading conducted at Cck park. I have seen them on weekends. Off hand I do not have the number, you can drop by there on sat n sun to check out.

Personally, as a child, I learn rollerblading myself, but I think it would be better. If I recall, CCK Complex holds several Beginner and Advanced Inline Skating classes. Your child might also be able to join an interest group on rollerblading and start there.

My family learnt at this mobile inline skating group at West Coast Park, just next to Macdonald’s. They’re there every weekend except last weekend of the month (I think) or unless it rains. You can’t miss them. But mostly kids who learn. So DH & I were the odd ones out. So strange to be learning with a bunch of very very young kids.
