      Hi all,

My boy has been consistent in his grades from Pri 1-4 having kept at the top5 position in his class. However, for his mid term Pr 5 exams, he failed almost all the subjects. He seemed to have lost confidence in his studies, probably because the curiculum has changed significantly.
I wanted to help regain his confidence as it would be PSLE in a years time. I am also sad because he would probably be left out of the best class next year.
I have been hearing and reading so much about both Mindchamps and Adam Khoo, and having read mixed reviews about both schools.
Just wanted to know if it has shown to be effective for parents of these forum? Hope to hear your views as I understand the fees are not exactly cheap...
      Thanks!
My friend has sent her DD & DS to ADam class. According to her, it was worth the money spent on her DD, but for her DS, it is simply $$$ down into the drain. So I guess it boils down to the maturity of the child. Her DD is definitely more mature than her DS.

Perhaps u can check with AD... There is sessions conducted for parents. U may wish to attend and find out more ur self.

I understood from someone who sent his kids that MindChamps offered him a refund or compensation in the form of free tuition in 1 subject as his son did not improve. This is because the fees are really high for primary school classes. You could ask the company if this offer still exists.

Actually, I would recommend more courses that teach life skills from Adam Khoo Learning Centre as a ‘scholastic’ child nowadays need more than academic results. Good thing is AKLTG provides great motivational courses. Perfect to bring child to greater heights. Afterall, a child works hard when he/she finds a meaning to do so.

Hi, I am considering sending my 2 boys - 9 and 10 year old to their IAG Junior programme end of this year. Wonder anybody has any experience to share? Any idea how much is the fee for the 5 day non-residential camp?

                      Hi all,

Lately my son also get low marks in most of his subjects in P3, lost confidence.. low self-esteem...etc.. 😞 He gone to Mindchamps, it did improve but not really much cos it just cant fit into his mind..sign... Didn't try Adam Khoo so no comments..

So I decided to let him go for the midbrain activation, it sound supernatural but he did change. After the workshop, it really did build up his confidence, memory & etc..

You may wanna try or go for their talk and understand more 🙂

                      Cheers
                      Irene

I believe Learning Mastery boss was Adam Khoo’s teacher. Anyway, I think Mindchamps still offers the money back guarantee if child doesn’t improve in the psle – this is for their PSLE Success program – you can choose English, Math, Chinese or Science module. My child did 3 subjects 2 years ago and improved in all! Am happy he is doing well in sec 2 now.
