Do you still have time to bring the PSLE boy/gal to outing during weekend? Actually I find it very dull and unhealty to always keep them at home finishing their hw and revising… but but… what shall we do? their time is already so limited…

DH keeps nagging that DD should have more outdoor activities during weekends. Apparently, DD has no bandwidth at all. The weekends are spent inhouse doing her hw and mock exam papers now.

Last year during DS's PSLE year, we always go out on Sunday. DS will work very hard on Friday and Saturday so he can be free on Sunday. It is important not to give additional work after your DC finishes all his/her work otherwise they will think there is no point to work fast.

Agree wholeheartedly. There should be one free day.

I am getting DD to memorise the good phrases too. Just tell them to apply whenever they can.

It is very dull and stressful shuffling between school, tuition and home...when hubby brought son out for a run (the year he was preparing for PSLE), son knocked out after that. Dread to think about it when kids sit for major exams again.

Honestly, is doing past year paper one after another the way to pass PSLE?
