Labour day public holiday 2moro, but it is revision day.
Now very worried about daughter's oral exam.

Each hamster lives in its own cage and has a silent running wheel.
The hamster hardly makes any noise.
Update:
1 May: Spent time watching bu bu jin qing, besides talking to my hamsters.
2 May: car servicing following by lunch/grocery shopping in vivo city.

I gather from your question you avoid coffee/tea after certain hours? Previously, I didn't really have an issue about sleeping after drinking coffee. In fact, I tended to sleep better. But some months back, I noticed I had problem falling asleep after taking coffee. So now, I try to avoid coffee after 11pm.

Tea also only occasionally.
