Just received an email… school embarking on an App to send out notifications… it’s called SNAAPP. Available in Android and Apple platforms… and there’s a desktop version as well.

cyranocrash, thanks for the clarification. Does that mean PAL is included in the school fees already whereas optional enrichment class is at additional fees?

Yes PAL is part of the curriculum while the enrichment is optional.

My gal was told to revise her maths for an assessment i believe in sch today.


Apart fr giving her assessment bks to practice, wld like to hear fr parents here how do you revise maths with your child?

Growing up i remember practicing alot on assessments and repeating my 10yr series at o levels.

You can also ask him questions and he is responsive. By the way when is the school's open house? I am going to get my sister to attend...will be good for her to take a look at the school when her own children is ready for school..

As per school calendar.. open house is on 12 July (saturday).

So i guess it won't be like last year where they have it during the weekday and the students go thru their 'normal' lessons and parents get to see what they do, etc.

Apparently they are planning to open the registration for the open house this coming Monday. But the dates may change.. so keep checking the website for more updates : http://www.palmviewpri.moe.edu.sg/cos/o ... id=1232229

This year my son is at P1, last year I didn’t attend the open house. Can I register for this year open house ?

can register coz u wanna plan for your next child?.. even if you don have any younger child yet… no harm in planning way in advance??.. hahahahhaaha

Anyone used the SNAAPP app already? Thought can chk your child’s attendance fr Monday 12th? Is everyone’s "Messages" in the app empty?

The app will send a notification if your child/ward is late for school...currently the message is empty..
