bicky:
Either go to Kiddy Land at Harajuku (but they sell non-Jap toys like Barbie as well) or take subway to TOKYO station, B1 Basement First Avenue (all the Japanese toy and stationery shops are in this underground mall including Plarail, Tomica, NHK characters, Sanrio, Shinkansen, Keropi, Doraemon, etc.).Any idea if their Sanrio product is it very expensive in Tokyo?
Looking for some vintage little twin stars/keroppi stuff....or if you know of any places sell such stuff? Thanks! -

Any benefits to buying the Disneyland/Sea tickets online versus on site?

Also is it good time to visit Fuji? Understand that it will be cloudy during June…

Hi hmsg,
It is better to buy the tix beforehand. I’m not sure which date you intend to visit the parks. Many years ago, had experienced tix sold out while on the way to the park at Tokyo station. -

hmsg,
How about day trip to Hakone? Very beautiful and nice place. There is a direct train operate from Shinjuku station by Odakyu co.
We did a round trip in Hakone last year.
The open air museum is worth visiting. -

Hi,
Does anyone travel Hokkaido & Tokyo together before? I try to book from SQ using the mutli-city itinerary, wow it can cost me up 5 digits figure!! I wish to go to Hokkaido first for 7 days, when back to Singapore i wish to stop at Tokyo for 6-7 days too… but the SQ website only transit only… Since already in Japan might as well go to Tokyo shop for a few days, at the same time can bring kids to Disneyland. I thinking just book directly Singapore to Tokyo then back Singapore. In between maybe book nippon from Tokyo to Sapporo then back Tokyo. But the Nippon airway website cannot do it, don’t know why? Even JAL website also cannot. I go to their domestic flight, just can’t do it, show me error. Can anyone teach me how to go on it? Thank you.
