Low carb, low sugar breakfast

Hi. I am running out of ideas for low carb, low sugar breakfast. Can help to give more ideas?
So far, my breakfast menu is:
Scrambled egg
Egg omellete (varied with mushroom/tomato/capsicum/cheese)
Egg sunny side-up
Boiled egg
Sauteed mushroom
Usually I will limit 1 egg yolk per day so more egg white than egg yolk whenever I cook eggs. I am thinking of giving more varieties to our breakfast but the recipes in internet are often complicated. Do you have any simple recipes/ideas?

My side of family has diabetes history. I am trying to reduce carbohydrates for DS and myself. I canβt really control what DS eats during recess and lunch breaks so I am trying to control breakfast and dinner. DS is used to brown rice for dinner but he detest oatmeal and whole wheat bread. It is my fault. I should have tried introducing oatmeal and whole wheat bread when he was much younger. I am trying to introduce it to him in small amount now but in the meantime I need to give him other food.

You can try home made granola so you can limit the sugar. My family dislikes soggy oatmeal, but we all like crunchy granola (oats baked with sugar, oil, and nuts, with dried fruits).
Oat and whole wheat muffins? -
Braised taukwa
steam silky tofu with spring onions, soya sauce
cold tofu with jap soba sauce, spring onions and bonito flakes
green bean & barley soup -
Have you tried refrigerated oats with yogurt?
They can be eaten cold and with yogurt & fruits, they taste yummy.
DC and me prefers this type of cold oats to cooked oats.
You can even add chia seeds, almond powder etc in them.

Breakfast, you may try if want to lose weight thur exercise :-
A) 2 egg white
(But no egg yolk)
Fruits
One slice of water melon or one banana or one honeydew or some plum
B) oat + 1 glass of soya bean (with no sugar)
C) lettuce with no sugar salad sauce
Or Romanian lettuce (buy from cold storage) mixed with a can of tuna soaked in water.
D) baked almond -

If you do lots of exercises that burn off calories, you don't feel like eating sometimes. Slowly, can train your stomach to eat less.
Cut off carbo - no rice, no noodle.
Cut off macdonald fast food.
Cut off processed carbo.
Slowly, you begin to lose stubborn fats around your stomach, your hips, buttock, through discipline of strict food diet plus preservere in exercises.
Once you lose fats, high colesterol is brought down, since fats are gone.
High colesterol is a risk to health, can cause stroke
Lunch can eat fish soup -
Don't ask for fried fish, can ask for slices of non fried fish -
