Compulsory swimming lessons start from P2.

Do compulsory swimming lessons continue into P3 to P6, or stop at end of P2 ?

I pass raffles at hillcrest and stopped to read what the board outside state :


Proposed additions and alterations to existing RGPS involving erection of a new 4 storey extension building and ancillary works to existing building.

The proposed picture looks like theres a bigger drive way for more cars to drive tru or park, the front looks quite nice.

what does each new storey contain ?
New lecture theatre, Sports hall, more classroom, dance studio, etc ?

Pleasantly surprised to know DD’s Math tr gave 2 classes a nice treat -

Canadian Pizza for their good results in SA1 Math.

It is the thought that counts and certainly, it is his teaching guidance and effort that both classes have done well with flying colours.

As a parent, just want to say ‘Thank You, Mr KK Tan’ for driving the girls to greater heights as they prepare for the coming PSLE in 4 mths time.

Besides teaching GEP class -
does he also teach P5 / P6 Mainstream ?

Often, we parents do not know who are the better teachers teaching in our school, nor who are the not so good ones. (if any)

Hi phtthp, i think he specialises in teaching GEP classes. Having said, he is one of the nicest trs whom many parents that I talked to, find no barrier in communicating to him freely and the girls find his teaching methods easy to comprehend.

Btw, yr DD is in which level now?

Mr Tan is also teaching some of the selected girls from P2 classes this year. The girls have to attend his enrichment once a week in the morning.

i can email u the pics cos they are taken frm afar. I think they may do something about the road for cars heading to raffles this time. i saw a sign at the end of Njc that reads raffles site while passing dunearn rd but dd says its for the lorries to enter so Im not sure.
