Lsp = learning support prog. I tend to think of it like free tuition.

        thanks!
alot of things i dun understand still..

P1 also have LSP and stretch? what kinda students are inside these programs?

he received a letter of recommendation to join chinese orchestra.. laffing my heads off..i ask him got any more letters, he said dun have.. know he wanna join wushu... is it difficult to join wushu?

P1 has LSP but I'm not sure abt stretch.

I think the school might have change the criteria for stretch becos what I see now does not match with what I heard during the tea session with the previous P in 2012.

Anyway, I agree, if select just go go go, it's free tuition / enrichment, welcome with open arms πŸ˜„

There was a selection session yesterday for the CCAs that required the coaches to decide if the child is suitable for the CCA, which included wushu and skipping (these are the ones that I know but I think there are a few others that required selection process).

If you have indicated wushu as one of the preferred CCA in the MCONLINE CCA form, then your child will be called out for the selection session yesterday.

Ya, the kids enjoyed the extended recess time today πŸ˜„

From what I know, CCA for majority of the P1s will be in Jul, so if you do not rec the consent form for the wushu schedule next wk, you should rec it in the first week of Jul bah.

                Hi

Intend to enroll my girl in HWS. Does anyone know what’s the criteria of Pro-teach student care to accept students? I know 1st cut is sibling of existing student, what about after that? TIA

Hi Kattay, believe its luck of the draw these days for the P1s, no more first come first served. one can always put child on wait list also. It’s popular so best to have back up plan.

Hi, I am also one of the parents registering my DD for P1 (2015). Intend to enrol her for P2B within 1km (PV scheme) in HWS. Based on the number of PV (approx. 70+, no clue of the demographic distribution), likely Ballot is inevitable.

My query is, if the total vacancies after phase 2A2 + (40 pre-allocated) split between 2B and 2C is a odd number i.e. 49 vacancies + 40 = 89. there is 44.5 vacancies for each phase? Anyone advise?

                        1. sibling of existing student
                        2. kids from lower income family
                        3. If not enrolled here will look for other after school care (no one at home to take care of the pupil)
                        4. others

This year after taking in the lower income family kids, there were 14 more places open for balloting.

If you declare to have maid or grandparents to take care of the kids if not selected, probably no chance at all.
