for this, you need to call up or write in to ask that school you're interested in, discreetly.
(if you can't find PSLE results posted anywhere on the school's website)

Need some help on this. My son's registration will be under p2c and p2c is during 30jul - 1 Aug.

Question:

1. after registering, can we travel out of Singapore?
2. If p2c need balloting, can we still travel out of singapore?
3. Announcement of results is on 6aug. What does \"announcement of result\" mean?

Announcement of results mean balloting occur on 6 Aug.

Announcement of results refer to announcing the balloting results to all the parents, seated inside the balloting room.

After 1 Aug -
schools will inform parents who need to ballot -
the time and venue for balloting, on 6 Aug.

Some schools ballot in the morning, while other schools ballot in the afternoon.
Parents who have to ballot, will be informed.

end last day : 1 Aug

depending on demand under each respective distance range : ( < 1 km, < 2km, > 2km) -
some need to ballot, while others no need.

those not involved in balloting -
can disregard 6 Aug.

but those involved in balloting -
school will notify parents before 6 Aug, to come down for balloting on 6 Aug.

how does the balloting process works?


Let’s assume 2-days registration process.

Day 1 - Parents rolling in to register

Day 2 - still got chance to register on Day 2 or based on Day 1 registration submitted, the balloting (if required) happen on Day 2 first thing in the morning?

Is there a way for one parent to station at one school and another parent station in another school to determine how’s the registration going on and register at the last hour? what is the closing time for registration? Is it fix for all school or varies in each school?

Anyone who went through last year balloting may share the process please?

May I know what kind of documents should I submit to Show the eligibility for Phase 2A2? My elder son’s primary school report book?

My situation is that my former sch is at Princess E and I will be moving house nxt yr to CCK and South View will be within 1km from my home.

However, if I apply for South View, I will be at Phase 2C and the chances will be slim.
What if I fail in Phase 2C? Or should I just apply for Princess E under Phase 2B?

Phase 2A : enrol into your former school, Princess Elizabeth school, first.

on the last day of Phase 2C -
if South View (SV) no need ballot < 1 km, from your home : enrol into SV
(if you prefer SV to Princess E)

but if SV need to ballot, but CCK no need ballot -
decide if you want to remain at Princess E, or withdraw from 2A & enrol into CCK primary.

if CCK need to ballot -
stick back to Princess Elizabeth.

Hi think I'm in the same situation as you and choosing this 2 school. My Hubby old school is SV so very high chance to go in. I'm staying w my mum in bt batik which both our ic address is here, we will be moving to bt Panjang next yr.

We thought n search for bus fare of SV as my parents in bt batok will look after kids when we are working even after we move. Bus fare from SV to bt batok this yr is $150 per mth and time spend on bus is long. I will need to pay for 2 kids starting from 2016 as my 2nd girl will register for p1 next year. From 2016 all school will be single session so I will consider logistics n Who look after them after school rather then go good school.

Decided to give up to register under phase 2A in SV and register for phase 2C in PEPS. If can't get in PEPS my 2nd choice will be BVPS.
