Hi parents with P3 child,


My daughter will be joining SMPS in term 2 this year as a new P3 student. I would like to ask the following questions.
1. Besides CCA, are the P3 required to stay back after school every week for supplementary or remedial classes?
2. How's the homework load every day.
3. Can I get both the PE attire and school uniforms from Baba and Bibi?
4. Do the students wear tie to school every day?

Sorry for the long questions. I'm toi anxious.

1. So far for my P3 girl, there's no Supplimentary or remedial till date. However i know of remedial for only the weaker students. They normally conduct such classes on Wed or Thur

2. It all depend on the class she is in. Nevertheless they are mostly manageable. Some days there's no homework, some days u may have heavy load.

3. Yes, uniform, PE shorts and T-shirt are available from BIBI & BABA

4. the Tie is part of the uniform, its attached with a velco strip , so no worries

1. What PSLE score range do st marg girls usually get? I was told not even one has 260 and above. Most about 220?

2. Apart from st marg sec which sec schools do st marg girls go to?

3. Are there any girls going to rgs? Nanyang girls or st nich?

Yes, if I'm not mistaken the buses serve all of mainland Singapore. You can call the company RS Transport to confirm. Number should be on the school's website.
