What will be a safe cut off time to monitor and to de-register a Ph1 school and register for Ph2A2? The 2 schools are 10-12mins apart (by car). If I call hubby to de-register at 4pm, will that be too risky?
Appreciate some advice. Thanks! -

angel04,
The official time seems to be 4.30pm, but the safest way is to check with the person in charge of registration in the school of your choice, and make sure your watch synchronises with hers. -

I don’t understand why the phases must be done week by week. It doesn’t take a long time to collate figures. 2A1 is on Tuesday. An efficient system in place could allow the next phase to commence on, say, Wednesday, and an inefficient one, Thursday? Why must we wait for a week to register? The wait and suspense is killing me.

No reason to rush too!
