Phase 1, all the way down to Phase 2C Supplementary -
are meant for Singapore citizenship, and S'pore PR children.

Children who are foreigner(s) -
can apply only under Phase 3.

May refer to the different Phases of Primary 1 enrolment

If your child is a foreigner, then you can enrol him / her, under Phase 3.

for Pei Hwa Presbyterian primary -
by end of Phase 2C : all seats will have been Taken up.
100% seats filled up.
As such, foreigners have no chance, to enter Pei Hwa primary.

According to MOE schedule -
The last day for Phase 2C Supplementary is Wed, 13 August.

After Wed (13 Aug), MOE will put up a list of schools on website -
That still have vacancies : for Phase 3 (Foreigners) to start enrolment on Thurs (28 Aug).
Then you'll be able to know which school to enrol your child into, under Phase 3.

So any idea what to do? Because pei hwa is the only school within walking distance from where we live.
Can recommend another good school in this neighborhood?
Stayed at current place because our realtor told us that there are many good school around, but i guess she comfortably forgot to let us know that there are very slim chances for my girl to get into those school.
If pei hwa is always full, than i think no need to even think about Nanyang Girl School for my girl.

Only 1 school might have a few places left after P2S..i.e. Bukit Timah Primary School....

But also very risky according to past years' statistic....
So keep this school in your mind but you might have to look for schools outside Bukit Timah area.....

Thanks, will look around. Is it really no other way for a foreigner to get into Pei Hwa? Will it help if I can get an Employment Pass, so my girl can get a dependent pass? Sorry, really confused to see so many phases in P1 registration.
