Sorry, I am just curious how you guys or gals manage to get the dialogue box of a person's quote in your reply. I had clicked on the \" quote \" icon to do the reply but the dialogue box wd not appear... instead the other person's quote with the word \" quote \" in the front and at the back.. appear in my reply..

By the way, I just got to know that RMPS has 59 people registered under P2A. Looks like there will be balloting under P2B since only 21 spots left.


Most likely only the reserved 20 spots available under phase P2C, thanks to the MOE recent tweak to the system, else there may not be a P2C phase for RMPS this year.

Luckily I am not aiming to register with RMPS but Zhangde. The situation at Zhangde does not look that bad.. though.
