Any update on NYPS is doing? ?

        Nanyang

        5 pm, 2A2 Day 1

        73 vacancies : 65 registered

If tomorrow more than 8 turn up to register, Nanyang will also ballot

very sad for those have to compete in 2A2. Last time ex students and school staff very confirmed can get. now so competitive.

My DD safely secured a space in 2A1 in another school liao. But am watching this thread, cuz I very anxious for other parents. Even in 2A1 also got stress. My palms were sweating whole day. I feel for the 2A2 group and onwards. 😓

        you all must jia you!

In fact it is very sad that we parents have to go through this 😞

It should not be this way, there is really something not right in our education system.

          Totally agree! 😢

Can understand and sympathize totally. During my time, some parents volunteered at more than 1 school. And worse of all, didn't manage to secure a place. It is so stressful!

                  We have updated our http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/event/2014-p1-registration-phase-2a2.

As expected, Henry Park, Nan Hua, and CHIJ SNGS will need to ballot, while Radin Mas, Yu Neng and Catholic High are at high risk.

Nanyang may actually escape this round... fingers crossed.

Proximity criteria will kick in if there’s surplus at 4.30pm tmr.

if you’re <1km applicants and there are enough to go around, then might escape balloting?

                        Referring to query by Carlin

\"Can someone tell me if online registration is safe or should I go to the school personally to register for phase 2c?\"

Is online registration starting on 29th? I read from MOE site it's starting on 31st? Which one is correct?

I personally feel that it's better to go down to the school for registration rather than via online.

You get a feel of how it goes and the atmosphere.

It's a good time to look at the school compound too.

We can never experience this via on line.

                        Good luck !

Agree I also thinking of going to register in the school but should be doing on 1 Aug so got long weekend. Here I somehow don't trust online till now. Btw can I ask do Both parents need to be there to register or I can go alone and just bring Hubby's ic with me?
