        Checked moe website.

Pink nric is not given priority only in phase 1.

For all other phases, the following is applicable.

Singapore Citizens (SCs) will be given absolute priority over Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) when balloting is necessary in a specific phase. SCs and PRs will continue to be eligible for the same phases, and all applicants will be admitted if the total number of applications in any phase does not exceed the number of vacancies. However, if the number of applications exceeds the number of vacancies in a specific phase, SCs will be admitted first ahead of PRs, before home-school distance is considered.

Think Teck Ghee & Kuo Chuan better than Mayflower.

Kuo Chuan has affliated Secondary school.

Don't waste time enrol on first day, and withdraw on third day (last day).
          Just monitor the figures closely.
On the last day, then go down to register, after you decide.

Thanks a lot! u think I should try Kuo Chuan even though i stay > 2km? i came from KCPSS myself though this affiliation counts for nothing in Primary sch registration.

Or should i just go straight to Teck Ghee?

          On phase 2C
Last year Kuo Chuan balloted SC 1-2km & 2years ago balloted SC >2km
Last year Teck Ghee balloted SC >2km & 2years ago balloted PR >2km

Better you wait until last day 2C to decide which primary has better chance

For balloting : in any Phase from 2A to 2C Supp -
                Priority goes to SC first.

Yes, SC > 2 km has priority over any PR less than 1 km.
Thus in 2C for very Popular schools -
                PR zero chance

If any popular school is oversubscribed and need balloting -
All PR must come out first, give way to SC

What if 1 parent is SC but the other is PR? Is it still considered SC as I'm sure the SC will be the main applicant.

                    During balloting :
Schools look only at your child citizenship.
They don't look at parents' citizenship.
