CHIJ TP got no PVs. So all these pple are either GRLs or Catholics. The Catholics could have gone to other Catholic girls schools. GRLs could have gone elsewhere... well well, good luck to them at Phase 2C.[/quote]The Catholics from the 10 of them (if any amongst them): should have gone over to CHIJ Nativity.
But if you have only 1 option in P2B, i.e via PV, then there is really no such thing as waste a chance... It is only \"apply and hope for the best\" situation. Unless you are going thru GRL, then you are able to pick and choose among schools in this 2B phase.nicnac:

Thanks! You mean those 10 >2km didn't withdraw in time? They wasted their Phase 2B leh...
at least clinche one IJ school first, instead of balloting at 2C.
now these 10 don't even have any chance to ballot, at IJ TPY. -
You have pm, phtthp!

Oops, sorry was off line.
For ACSJ, final figure is 70 SC all in, 5 PR i think, 2 within 1 km, so 3 ballot for 1 place. -

Ffps
21 within 1km
9 (1-2)
now there are 29 vacancies which means 9 (1-2km) balloting for 8 seats, painful

Oops! Last year we were nearly caught in the same situation for PLMGS at p2C. Fortunately, 1 application was a pair of twins. So saved from balloting. Will lucky stars be shining on these group of parents too :scratchhead: -
Phase 2B SC > 2 km at PLMGS -
do they need to ballot, this year ?
