Oops! Last year we were nearly caught in the same situation for PLMGS at p2C. Fortunately, 1 application was a pair of twins. So saved from balloting. Will lucky stars be shining on these group of parents too :scratchhead:

Left there about 3:45pm, 22 sc<1km and 5 sc between 1~2km registered. 4 sc between 1-2 km are waiting in the office. Total 31 vacancies. So we gave up cos stay at 1-2km.
