Kcpps 2013 2C ballot for SC 1-2km so no chance for outside 2km
On 2012 2C ballot for PR within 1km so all SC confirmed in

Anyone here who had attended balloting exercise before at Rosyth school? Please could you share your experience and how it was conducted? Many thanks.
