Can i ask… for PH do they have figures and breakdown on some notice board at the school? Does anyone know the numbers for PH?

yes of coz it matters coz SC gets absolute priority

Yes, it matters. Priority goes to Sc before home distance is considered.

There are 85 vacancies in PLMGS for Phase 2C. If say there are 60 SC and 2 PR within 1km, the 60 SC will qualify for PLMGS. Suppose say the 1km to 2km has 30 SC and 2 PR, the remaining 25 vacancies will be given to the 30 SC 1km to 2km for balloting. 5 SC will be unsuccessful. All the PR do not even get a chance to go balloting and would have wasted their Phase 2C chance. My advice is PR should register at alternative school if more SC were to come in for within 1km and 1-2km.

Yes, but you will have to prepare for a last minute scramble if people starts appearing from somewhere.

Yes, you should try and monitor closely on those <1km and evaluate your chance, have a back up plan in case the number surge tomorrow.
