The competition at Phase 2C is likely to be very high this year. If your Phase 2A school is close to you, you might as well stick with it instead of tempting fate. If you want to switch, do it for logistical reasons, and not because you think the other school is better.

To answer your question: You will need both parents' NRICs to withdraw, but you only need 1 parent to be present.

When you withdraw, you need both parents' ICs.
When you register, you also need both parents' ICs. So need to travel fast from one school to the other. :nailbite:

Seems that now they implement online application, it is nowhere here nor there. Can’t even tell if we are getting a complete picture
