The numbers for less than 1 km and outside 2 km are growing fast
Looks like SC > 2 km are prepared to ballot, fight for a seat -
can we presume that the current numbers of oversubscribed applicants from nyps (16), mgs (11) and hpps (5) may rush over to rgps during the last minute in order to avoid balloting? that makes 31 more applicants <2km or thereabouts.

applicants from MGS and Nanyang : fall within 2 km, from Rgps -

Less than 1 km : 57
Between 1 to 2 km : 9
Outside 2 km : 59
Number of vacancies for balloting = 36 -
so no ballot of less than 1km and 1-2km
