Brown Rice

I get most of my brown rice from giant. I have tried paddy king, songhe n yupin. Can’t tell which one I like best, but I definitely dun like the fairprice brand.

I dont add more water.
I dont feel the texture becomes coarse.
In fact, I find it more filling than white rice.

In the past, I used to mix brown with white, until the kids got used to the taste/texture of the brown rice. Now the whole family gets used to eating all brown rice. Anyway whenever we eat out, we still eat 白饭，so we don’t miss out on it.
