Champion, yes, CCA and music/dance can be a form of relaxation for the kids. The only time they have legitimate reason to be away from their books.

      :hi5: Agrees fully, jtoh 😄

The 2 girls had just finished their school celebration and both were involved playing various instruments on stage 😄 Initially, I was a bit :skeptical: when DD1 passed me the form to sign for staying back after supplemental lessons for practices, especially now is the revision period before PSLE. But, guess this is also a form of relaxation for her and her BFF :rahrah:

My gal’s sch has arranged supplementary classes for the P6 during T3 holiday. Wondering if it will be effective for her go back to sch during those 3 days. During the school holiday, they have similar classes and according to her, they did the PSLE assessments. She has no other tuition classes except parental guidance now. We only revise probably 3-5 hours on weekday and about 10-12 hours on weekend. We deliberately stopped the tuition after SA2 as we we did not want to stress her much before the actual exams. We know where her ability stands, every much depends on her mental and emotional being on the actual exam dates.

I think what all schools do now is practise n practise until everything is at their finger tips.

Also to clear any doubts on concepts.

at this point, it's nothing but just doing past year paper one after another. parents have to monitor the child's mental health.

drink more water and eat home-cooked meals as much as possible…all the best for PSLE orals.

My DS school already finished their prelims. Having another round of mock exams next week along with CA2 for the other levels. Gd? I don't know. DS looks like he is sick of doing all the papers and questions now.
