Hi, I'm new here; also have children in Woodlands Pri; 2 girls (P1 & p3).

Yesterday I took off to take a look at my P3 girl swimming lesson and think it is a great idea that school introduce this activity cos my girl used to scare to go into the pool but saw her enjoying herself very much.
yeah.. it is always great to hear the kids enjoy school activities..

Seems like Woodlands Primary is getting a lot of good feedback..

        Hi funshine bear! Welcome :rahrah:

Yes! I loved Woodlands Primary's holistic and no frills approach!
It is important for children to move about and not stuck behind
the desk (like their parents) all the time.

My DD came back home bubbly almost everyday throughout her
P1 year, unless she lost something that day hahhaha.. Lots of things
        to talk about

        πŸ˜„ Update 2010:
        1. all.in.one: DD/P2
        2. kay22: DD/ P4
        3. elantranine: DD1/P2
        4. LKT: DS/ P3
        5. mod_toomuch: DS/To Register 2010
        6. worryfather: DD/2yo
        7. Maomiko: DS/P2

I think quite difficult to stop worrying for kids.. πŸ™‚
Haven't decided, but Woodlands Primary certainly is in my consideration list.
but it is about 2km or more from my house.

are your kid having exam? how are their doing?

Hi funshine bear, yes, still in PSG, busier this year. Come join us and

you will find it fulfilling πŸ˜„ Sorry for the error in your profile, edited.
Does your P3 girl have formative tests where marks are to be added
into the report book at the end of the year?

worryfather, no exams for P1s this entire year, no exams for P2s for first
3 terms. SA2 in term 4. But P1s and P2s have ongoing formative
assessments on designated weeks. marks will be recorded.
So far my DD is doing well. Today Maths formative test. Hope she checks properly πŸ˜“
                        Chinese formative test this Friday.
Anyway, suppose to ensure good progress in daily work and not last minute dash. Whatever will be will be...
Usually do a roundup recap on the week beforehand.
So no worries on test weeks for us πŸ˜„
