Can only follow the sec 1 topics listed in textbooks but the teachers won't follow in sequence.
HOD will decide every yr which are the topics to be taught.
SNG doesn't use the Lower Sec Sci textbooks as notes are given instead. Some will buy the Upper Sec Sci textbooks and use them up to Sec 4 level.

Yes, Maths the same. No sequence in order. Can use Maths textbook as a guide as h/wk is set from there.
Unless u can get a few SNG girls to have tuition.

                  Hi,

Does anyone know how many IP and O level class for Sec. 1 next year ?

Are there significantly different between IP and O other than one is 6 yrs and another is 4 yrs ? I mean in terms of classes, teaching, child development ?

Will the O level classes student feels "inferior" or even treated as "2nd class" in the school ?

                    6 IP , 5 'O' lev classes.
Class size for IP is smaller.
Other than the common subjects, there are additional non- academic subjects taught for IP. But basically, more projects for IP girls and more exams for 'O' track.

SNG is 1 Big Family- sisterly Love amongst the students....so no 2nd class status co-exists.
