I tried yesterday with my new DBS Amex card. It also said unsuccessful.

Then today I received an email saying that they have received the funds !

How many times did you try ? If you tried more than once, better cancel the other orders.

had similar prob. mine was: 1st screen says fund is successfully deducted, 2nd screen says transaction is unsuccessful. sent an email to ask the status. one day later, they replied and ask for the 4digits. now still pending verification.

btw, not sure if you all encounter this: when i cancelled order using citibank many times and place a new order, the price of the books changed. does the price of the books change frequently?

tamarind, just checked my email. Yeah, they had received the funds! Amex card is EASY to use! So this means we can just disregard the \"unsuccessful\" message. Now my order status is 等待审核. Will wait for customer svc to contact me now

looks like i cant get hold of any books fm dangdang web esp si wu kuai du, cos my hubby dont trust china web therefore refused to use his citibank card (which i dont hv) Guessed i will hv to scout locally for some reading materials.
